Junior Project Manager

About the Role

Join our growing PM team supporting 3-5 concurrent software projects. Work alongside senior PMs, learn our Agile delivery framework, and take ownership of smaller initiatives from day one. You'll have real impact — managing stakeholder updates, running sprint ceremonies, and tracking project metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2-3 smaller projects end-to-end
• Facilitate daily standups and sprint planning
• Track project KPIs and produce weekly status reports
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and stakeholder teams
• Maintain project documentation and risk registers

Requirements

• 0-2 years of PM or project coordinator experience
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Experience with tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello preferred
• CAPM or equivalent is a plus but not required
